Hope your day are well and getting used to do doing the diet and walking again, you take care,  we have had some snow which Margot loved  it’s now all gone but frosty and cold, that was kind of Lloyd to take some goodies in to office , they will all enjoyed the treats, Hope Mum is feeling better Brenda  always a worry, I was at Docs yesterday for Bloods for my Liver function, today Iam shopping and collecting Script , you take care have  a good one my friend, hugs 😊💗 xx
