So, I just looked at your numbers. The way you can get an adult underwater frog to come to lay spawn is to put out a High table of berries. You have one available since you had the 2 tadpoles and one froglet spotted. You'll need an empty low table for the spawn to be put. Id totally recommend using super food for the berries as that will give you 20 feeds on the spawn. The spawn will attract the lobster (once you plant a red coral and have it colored in by a red guppy) and the spawn will also attract tadpoles. The higher you get your tadpole number, the better. Attracted and spotted in your own garden.

I didn't understand why people kept talking about frog breeding but, it really is important. first you attract the tadpoles (on spawn), then you can put out a low table of berries for the froglets. Then later you can attract the adult frog with a high table of berries. For every tadpole and froglet combo spotted, you'll have an adult frog visit.  You get spawn from the 1st one, then the 5th, 10th, and so on.

Also, after you plant your red coral, and attract a red guppy to color it, you can get rid of the pondweed.
