made up for it by picking up the
groceries and putting them away
this afternoon ~ I did manage to get
a nap on the couch, so all wasn't totally

with oppressive heat ~ I've finally gotten
to the point where I can sleep without
socks, but still need to have my feet
under the sheets at night ~ Sorry to

Good morning lovely one, yes, many happy households last night. A good win. Lots of messages going on, throughout the match, between Col, son and grandson. All very happy.
Sad that you can no longer garden, we have cut back on what we grow, we have a much smaller garden since moving back to UK.  But we wouldn't be able to cope with anything bigger.  But I do like 'connecting' with Mother Earth in my garden, and have a regular meditation in the garden.
Re your Mum, has she tried massaging her knees with castor oil?  It has to be done regularly, and helps some people with arthritis.  Just a thought.
