Morning Sue, sorry to hear that you have inflammation and nerve pain. The nerve pain may stem from the inflammation. Have you any anti-inflammatory meds or cream? that will help . Glad you have some new exercises to do. l had one that most physio's dont often tell you to do as its painful, but it did help with my nerve pain as it stretches it or something. He only said l could do it as my shoulder was almost healed. I took pain meds last night as stress always seems to re =affect my shoulder. Hunching l guess. Try and have a good day Hun xxx
