Isla is very frustrated as I am at having to keep rested. She cant go walks any more as she could make things worse, but its so hard to try stop her from running and jumping, its going to be a long couple of months till she gets her op and then the months of recovery after, I feel so sad for her 😔

What alovely evening you had watching Freya and her dancing I imagine it was wonderful ,lovely to see our young ones doing well and enjoying life , a sunny start here no real plans aLittle baking first thing to sort some Sausage rolls which we will have with Salad later,my  linen is on the line, I’ll be watching tennis later and footy, hope Katie is soon able to come and finish the decorating I had afriend who was sick and bad at the weekend she wonders if it was the heat ?
