Yeh, they took 5 hours, still can't believe they were here at and it was still dark. I said to them ages ago please come not before 9am.
When i got a call 6:30, I thought thats too much. And when he knocked on the door 7am, I said I told carpet call to come 9am, and he got really angry and yelled at me, and said he can leave if I want??.
Anyway, he was rude and hostile all day, so i complained, my email is getting sent to the manager.
Im still uncertain about carpet on the steps, though it doesn't look too bad. The carpet people also said the floorboards people left gaps around the steps and yes, there are gaps, not happy about that, but the gaps are showing with the new carpet, not the old carpet.
I just feel overwhelmed, and feel like crying, iv had enough with these renos.
