Hiya Ruth, we have a lovely bright day here a little to breezy but nice all the same. Of course we are heading into Autumn. So just a few butterflies and a couple of bees still visiting from time time. l have my bee hotel to clean for the new visitor/residents to come. Left the large leafy undergrowth for other insects to hibernate in until Spring too. So many things to get ready for the plants to regenerate in Spring. Lots of pruning , which l made a start on this morning. Others like it colder before pruning. Mister Wolf Spiders have spun their webs everywhere looks like Halloween lol. . I saw one between the Butterfly Bush and the Waste bin, he was huge . Much bigger than the ones in the back garden. My house Spider resident has gone, he was in my bedroom for months. I named him Fred, so sad now as he was very entertaining. He was never in the same place on the ceiling twice , it was like hide and seek lol. . Better go now more returns to do.
