Morning Stephanie,  a beautiful sunny day. Im hoping I can get out for a walk. Do8ng cleaning right now. The trout was frozen. I got a NoFrills. It was two large fillers for $10. One filled will feed me to meals. They are individually wrapped.  I have never seen then before. A friend told me that Metro is carried trout and pickerel . I'm  going to have to look. I love fish  Last night I had it with mushrooms and asparagus.  I hope you have a fantastic Friday and weekend. Hugs and love

My last physio is this afternoon. I think the exercises were too intense for me so I'm taking a break, then start again and take it easy.

I love seeing all the wildlife. I have a trail cam too and caught a hedgehog and fox eating together on it a few months ago. I've uploaded the photo to my FL garden x

We have had lots of downpours lately, just in time for the weekend. We're off to see a comedian on Saturday night in Bridport so we've booked two nights Air BnB. It actually looks like someones garden shed but we love quirky so it should be fun x
