RD TY X ANOTHER HOT START TO THE DAY, STILL FEELING REALLY POORLY, THIS IBS FLARE IS AWFUL, COUPLED WITH BAD ANXIETY, WENT OUT FOR A DRIVE YESTERDAY, SAW 2 DEER IN A FIELD NEAR T.K'S TREE, THEN WE DECIDED TO VISIT OUR FRIEND MARTIN, ON THE WAY THERE THE TRAFFIC WAS QUEUED UP FOR MILES, THERE WAS A LOOSE COW RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE MOTORWAY!, PEOPLE WERE FILMING IT AND TRYING TO CATCH IT!, THE FIRE BRIGADE TURNED UP, DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT AS WE GOT THROUGH THE HOLD UP. HAD A SAUSAGE ROLL, BAKEWELL CAKE AND TEA AT MARTIN'S AND TRIED TO PUT THE WORLD TO RIGHTS, HIS SISITER ANDREA VISITED TOO. LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WE POPPED ROUND MY DAUGHTER'S TO SAY A FAREWELL TO SPOOK, WHO IS BEING HELPED ACROSS THE RAINBOW BRIDGE THIS EVENING, SO SAD, BUT WE KNOW HE IS STRUGGLING NOW, SO IT'S THE KINDEST THING TO DO, HEAVEN ONLY KNOWS HOW MY GIRL IS GOING TO COPE, HE'S HER BABY BOY. XX

Hello Mary,
by the time you read this it will be Monday and the start to a new week. I do so hope you feeling better, no one wants to start the week on a eh note.
still raining and stormy here and cold. honestly didn't get up to much at all yesterday, but my Hibiscus flowers are loving the rain and flowering profusely - which is lovely to look at and lifts the spirits a bit. They say the rain is expected to stay till Wednesday. So glad to hear your Mom is doing better. Is she still in rehab? when will they let her go home?
