Happy Saturday Mary. What a day. Got the chili started and its simmering on the stove. Plan on a few chores getting done today so I can relax tonight and be ready for church in the morning.

Rudy told me I should make my chili for church. He loved it and I haven't made it since he passed, because its too much for just the 2 of us here. So I guess I'm fulfilling his request. And I remembered to add the spinach. So it should turn out just the way he liked it. So far so good.
Its sunny here today and the neighbours who own the roosters are at their house next door. So Tj is over there. I guess they will be moving in June from the sounds of it. So the roosters will be happy to have a bigger chicken coop and their former owners back with them. I hope your morning at work went smoothly and that you can relax for the rest of the weekend. Its supposed to get warm this weekend here. I sure hope so. I'm tired of wearing a jacket around the house and having to microwave the butter to get it soft enough to spread!
