You say you just landed up at a Mom and Pop place, but sometimes those are the best and much better and more enjoyable than any fancy place. The most important thing is that you were together.
Last year was the first time hubby and I got to even spend our anniversary together. somehow it always works out that he is away. we also just went to a local diner because they serve the best steaks which is my hubby's favourite.
