Sunday sprinkles...lovely warm day around the Farigaig.
Decided against a walk but sat out on my veranda and read a chapter or two accompanied by a couple of cappuccino...too warm for me to be out in the sun at present...?
Last night, it was daylight until I went to bed near midnight and at just gone 1am certain beasties including the wee feathered ones were chatting, singing and being very loud towards the Farigaig Forest backed on to by my garden...it didn't go dark but slightly dusky...almost some form of daylight for 24 hrs....very normal at this time of year for around 3/4 wks...in December of course it is rarely light before 9am and gets dark around 3.45pm plus...
Each season is very different, can go a little wild but so wonderful to have as my home...so very special...

Got them all.  Today I went for my non perishable foods run.  I like having items that are shelf stable just in case.  I even put shelf stable milk on the shelves.  I usually buy 3 in quart boxes.  Good for 1 year.

Saturday evening sprinkles after a very relaxing few hours...managed to watch the Tour de Suisse cycling and then black bags crossed my mind...so, I cleared one of my double kitchen cupboards and three black bags later, I felt good...enough for today 😊 Perhaps tomorrow I'll swap a few things around to make more space. Going to have a bowl of homemade carrot, red lentil, courgette, tomato and spring onion soup with added pasta and grated cheese...
Murdo is actually soaking up the rays of the sun as they shine through one of the kitchen windows  on to his chair...what a life!
Going to hopefully have a walk tomorrow and take my lovely old Pentax camera with me...
