GOOD MORNING EVERYONE
A mixture of sun and cloud today at plus 10 right now.The Landscape crew are trimming the shrubs and cutting the lawns this morning. Glad I don't have to do it anymore.

Morning Lorraine.. My... you were up gardening here early. Was your back aching too much to sleep in?.. Yes, not all physio is right for all. My old neighbour fell and she was worse after every physio session. So.... I asked her what actions she wanted to do and we can focus on those muscles... She wanted to be able to have her batch and wash her floors.. She still used to get on her knees with a scrub brush. I worked all winter with her and by her February birthday we accomplished all her goals.. I find lying flat and doing stretches and leg raising before my nap helps mine.
