Hi Lyn, we are all good hon. We’ve had fires in the neighbouring rural suburb, so lots of smoke a few days ago. Glad you are all ok. My sister is in Longwood, on a farm, but they are ok. They were told to evacuate but stayed just in case.

Wow what a mission for you all to go visit your gran.. must've been a nightmare for you with having car sickness. The furtherest I had to go was Bunbury to Perth to see my nanna, thankfully. It was always such a pleasure to spend time with her. Home wasn't always the best place to be so I used to look forward to holidays with nan. Some memories aren't always good ones, but the good ones are always worth holding onto.
