Hi Judy, l am used to the turmoil my body decides to throw at me. l do cope for the most part, no point in worrying it can only aggravate it. Do have a lovely day, are you off to the centre and legion?  Its sunny here today . Not warm yet but warmer than yesterday. Hubby is off to get a haircut in the little town. So l will take things slower today. Already cleared the usual Tuesday extra chores so having a late breakfast now, finish the rest later xx
