You got a repeat message because when I hit the post everything appeared again

Morning splash--Sleep was spotty,think I turned things down too much and also Sagwa decided to curl up with me and hog the breeze from the fan. Another hot,hazy one for us thing are already hazy out there and we need a good rain to wash the junk out of the air. Tea today but will have to see how things go as Coban comes off and on today-my nurse but not a regular day so don't know what time she will be here.I hope your furry boss lets you get things caught up quickley so maybe you can have a good day and a bit of relaxing , Hope everything goes smoothly.

Well that was a bit of a nuisense--everything I wrote just disappeared(but there is a furry paw hanging over my keyboard  that could have pushed a top key. It is hot and muggy right from the get go this morning and I have a feeling the promised rain will go past us. I think  we are not getting the rain because it is all getting dumped south of the border. Tea today but seens as its is not a regular day for the nurse will have to wait to see when she gets here, It is my nurse which is one good thing.

Maybe a shower today but I really don`t hold my breath on that . No real forecastable rain until Sunday . But there again the same forecast was lots of rain today , three- four days ago . :)

Hi Michele..wow! Congrats that is amazing 5 lbs off. Well done you.  No wonder you did a little happy dance.  You must feel a huge difference. 
Knee is better today but still a little sore.  But I can move around now.  Your right about the results it will probably nearer to the end of the week before I hear from them.  It's not urgent anyway that's for sure.  Sorry your weather is to heat up again.  I don't know what is happening with ours.  I am hoping we don't follow suit.  But knowing our luck we will.  Have a good day at home and get all you need done.  xxxxx
