Hi Michele...I can totally relate to your knee playing up in this weather.  I am the same and find they can both be quite painful.  It's particularly bad this year but then we have had a lot of cold damp weather.  I get my infusion once a month so yes it's not that long since my last one. They did start me off at every 6 weeks but found it was to long so they changed it.  I am going to have an early night myself.  I am up at 6.30am my infusion is at 8am.  Have a good night and sleep well xxx
