splashed-- Happy Canada Day!! so far clear and sunny and 27 withheat warning in effect(we sort of know it is hot!!) Once again I will be doing as little as possible and like you it is the minimum of clothing but doesn't seem to help none. Just have to hope we don't lose the hydro or were really in trouble--not only will my fans and a/c not work but neither will the elevators and 12 floors of stairs are too much to try to go down. I hope your day goes well and you can sort of relax a bit with the furry boss probably taking a nap. Have a good day

Cool is not in the books for outside . At 5 this morning it was 23 feel like 33 . Todays high 33 feel like 45 . lol I actually have condensation on the outside of my basement windows .

Good Morning Michele..ty for the SM.  Congrats on your 1 Lb loss.  It's still good Michele at least you are still loosing.  It's only natural you have become more relaxed and as you near your target it's going to get harder to lose big amounts.  Hang in there I am sure you will achieve it though.  No plans again today just house work.  Have to say the garden looks great after all the rain.  A nice cool day here.  Enjoy your day xxx
