Evening Michele, been a nice day, got very warm again. Enjoyed Costa and spent a bit in Peacocks, 20% off lol.
Glad you got your knee education done, physio appointment next. Friday tomorrow, Nat and the kiddies home tomorrow, this week went quickly, night night sleep well xxxx go easy on Jake lol x

Hi Michele...I see you finished a little earlier today nice when the weather is so good.  It's cooled down a bit more this evening here and is very pleasant. So you had your knee education,  and they are giving you a Physio phone call.  You were saying no one else got one.  That is curious Oh well I am sure it wont make any difference.  You will be in for some teasing from the staff there as they know you lol.  I am sure you will be well able for it lol. So you managed to get the drops into Jakes ears you did well.  I always found it a big ordeal.  Well only one more day and your off again for the weekend.  It's our bank holiday then.  Have a lovely evening and sleep well xxx

Glad it was only 45 minutes long , for you as it  was warm James had had his Physio,/ pack  telephone appointment before his pre med ,  ? you will be Pleased  to get that last box ticked , my brother has his 2nd knee date the 17 th July, not sure how that works  I told you key hole was out  of the question when he had his last XRay at premed severe degeneration going on ,  At least the beds in unit are AC  that’s what James said if it was hot when he goes in , enjoy your evening  sleep well Michele xx
