Morning Michele, bright and sunny here, going to get warm again today. Children came early we’ve been to the park for an hour with fig.
Got the washing out, need to pop and get a bit of shopping after they’ve gone.
You’re right about the telly, have to put Netflix or prime on most evenings cos there’s nothing on! You have a relaxing rest of the day before you’re back to work tomorrow xxxx

That is why I do them once every two years . :) To think Mom used to do that every year and more with other canned stuff . ie relishes and crabapple jelly .

Hi Michele..ty for the BB.  Nice day here today as well.  I plan on getting out into the garden today as well.  So your last day off till next weekend, have to say time does fly.  I met my old boss when I was out shopping the other day she was telling me she is still working.  She is only doing 2 and half days a week but I was surprised.  She is 71 and I would have thought she would retire a long time ago.  I was under the impression the hospital only allowed you to work till 70 but maybe things have changed.  Well good for her she seems happy enough to do it.  Most peeps I know want to enjoy their time off when they come of age to retire. Still everyone is different.  I remember a bloke who retired when I worked there who retired had a party and everything.  He reported for work the next day.  They had to keep escorting him off the premises.  He kept coming back every day for about a week.  They couldn't get it through to him he no longer worked there.  Poor guy didn't want to go I guess.  Hope you enjoy a lovely last day of your hols xxx
