Good morning Irene, we've had 2 or 3 nice days this Spring but on the whole the weather is not nice. When it is nice I try to get outside for some sun and fresh air.
I'm keeping ok, my BP was up a bit but has settled back down. I get lazy and stop using my BP monitor at home but it now sits on the dining room table where I cannot ignore it.
