It's kittens and tadpoles, It's Lego and snap,
It's scissors and paste, A squirming in your lap,
It's a quivering lip and a hot clutching hand -
It's a stake in the future, the hope of our land

The purple poppies are a lovely tribute to the many horses lost in the first world war. In the Parade here the riding school horses wear the purple poppies.
Hope you get many volunteers. I am with you. Far to hot to knit yet !! xx.

Sprinkled. Took my friend for her eye check up. No injection this time, much to her relief. Back in 4 weeks.
My Fellowship has 3 more meetings then we break for the summer. Next week is our outing. The last one is a Coffee morning in aid of Cancer Research.One of our members organises it. It used to be at her house. But  out grew her house. So we meet at the club and it is open to anyone. Warm and sunny here. Windy but it is warm as well. xxx
