Happy Valentine Sprinkles

Yes it is hard to realize that my coworkers could be my kids or grandkids.  Yikes
Went to the new knitting group last night at the pub and had fun. Very lively group.
Today was the Wild & Wooly festival at the county fairgrounds. We had a sunny warmer day and there were tons of people. They had expanded to 2 buildings so there was more room around each vendor. It was lovely and found lots of pretties, some are gifts. I found self striping sock yarn for my niece as well as a knit cover for a clear glass Christmas ornament.
I went to the newly opened Barnes & Noble bookstore. It is huge and shiny new. Found a journal for a coworker and an anthology of Scottish folk and fairy tales. I will be interested to see how many I am familiar with from other novels.

Critters being missed

Hope the white blanket stayed thin!
Went to a new knitting group at a pub last night and had fun. Today went to the yarn festival at the county fairgrounds. We are having lovely sunny warmer days and tons of people came to the event. I found plenty of pretty things to bring home. Some are presents for my niece who has taught herself to knit socks, so I found a self striping skein for her Christmas stocking. I found bulk roving for my needle felting projects and a couple of kits that will be fun.
We have a brand new Barnes & Noble huge bookstore that just opened next to our Costco. I found a journal for a coworker and a book with Scottish Folk & Fairy Tales with an introduction by Dr. Sarah Dunnigan. It was on the bargain shelf in hardback. It will be fun to see how many of the tales are familiar from other novels that have used them for inspiration.
