Is it an oversight that it's not included along with Bulls and Families in the quest? Is it because the Baby doesn't have horns but the Baby Ram does?

Birthday elephants aren’t either.  Nor any of the topiaries.  They’re not included in any of the quests.

I think the 10th birthday wildlife were included, but not the 15th birthday wildlife.  I have asked before in the feedback section if they can be included but never happened.

Same as the topiaries, I’m guessing that they were all brought into the game, after the quests were introduced, thus they were never included.
