I cannot diamond dust my plant to fully grown. I know I can't dust the blue one.  Is it because I have both ( although growing  at different times ) And if so why ?

You can dust the rainbow to fully grown once you attach a chrysalis.  You can't dust the other colours at all :)

The one in my garden is a rainbow and although I dusted one  earlier this one I can't !

You can't dust the other colours, only the rainbow.
