Could someone tell me please ..Do I need to spot many more of these before I can start Frog breeding quest...I have 7 Land Frogs attracted in my garden and I've spotted 18...I've spotted 21 Tadpoles and attracted 0. I've spotted 30 Froglets attracted 0. I've spotted 22 Underwater Frogs, and attracted 0. Thanks for any help.
