Hi, I’m on the Triceratops stage of the Dino Challenge and I’m a bit stuck with the timing.
I need the plant to be RFH to attract the Platypus, which takes 14 days (I’ve halved it with sprinkle dust).
My problem is next week’s wildlife is the Otter, which needs different colours of the same plant, one RFH.
I can’t grow those colours early because they would deter the Platypus I’m trying to attract this week but I want to so that the plant will be RFH.

How do people usually handle this overlap? Do you finish the Platypus first and then have a few days without able to attract anything, or is there a trick I’m missing?

You can use diamond dust to change the color of the plant.

Thank you. But am I right in thinking that you cant once its RFH? If if I need a purple RFH one for attracting the platypus, this changes on the monday to an otter so I then need to have a RFH in a different colour to attract it. But if I have to wait til Monday to sprinkle with dust to speed up RFH then I still have to wait 4 -5 days. Hope that makes sense.

You can still dust it to change color after it's RFH.

Yes, you can change the colours of the Piscis Aquabullae both in the flowering AND fruiting stage. So changing the setup to attract all those animals (from Seal to Sea Lion) is quite easy (as long as you don't run out of diamond dust).
