I'm starting a Raccoon bouquet, but I noticed my next Raccoon should plant a baby (if I have the birthstone out).

Question is will one Raccoon do both things? That is, plant a baby and contribute to the vase?

Bonus question: if not, which takes priority? Will it be whatever's on the left (birthstone or vase)? Or does one take automatic precedence?
