Why Is that?

Presumably because Pia needs to spot 4 more to earn the reward and attract 2 more, and you need to spot four more and attract 7 more. The requirements aren't different, you've just attracted and spotted different numbers to each other.

Oh ok Tracey .. still reading the info lol .. I found out It just by chance since using finished forest bouquets to continue with enchanted and saw my pots have those flower icons .. was around and came back to find these new icons

I have completed 3 vases of each and spotted multiple of all the gold critters. Need to spo2t from one of the last 2 sets now, and attract from one of the last 2 sets.
Last release are 2 sets, llama/ hippo and skunk/raccoon.

A small reward could have been another free sf or something like being able to buy blue diamonds with pink gems though

Buying blues with pinks would help especially trying to do the candy critters especially when the pots are 75 diamonds each
