Freezing Background

So I had a look on ALFF Love and it said to keep your background frozen to click on the stardust button and there is an option to keep your background frozen. I've clicked on it and it says you can use the stardust to keep your background frozen but there is nothing to click on to do so. What am I missing ~ thanks in advance.

Are you clicking the right place? It's the shooting star icon beneath your garden that you need to click to freeze the background.

Yes I think so - the one between pink diamonds and Friends Garden. It explains what Stardust is used for and you get it by buying gold

That link tells what stardust is used for. You need to go to your garden page and click the icon beneath your garden. It's the next to last icon and looks like a shooting star.
