I’m seeing lots of questions and just wondering …. Is there a reason that they are being left unanswered? Would it be helpful if some could be addressed or even acknowledged? Many have been asking about vases … are they complete or not ….. there are questions about the shamrock and its release as the last couple of years it was 5th March but it doesn’t seem to be happening today and also Easter release which I know can vary depending when Easter falls but we know it’s early this year .. . Could we not get some kind of indication on what’s happening with any of these ? It would be so helpful rather than us having to repeat ask ……. Just a suggestion that communication could be a little stronger ( in my personal opinion) :)

I've assumed that the lack of communication is because Mike is up to his eyeballs trying to get the game separated from Facebook.  But yes, it would be useful to have some information about things like the vases.

The other releases - people get a bit angsty and irritated when they are "late" but none of the dates are cast in stone.  As long as they're released I don't think we need continual updates on those.

Mmmmm I don’t expect a continual update ……. We don’t get any at all which is kind of my point …. And when the questions are asked they end up being asked on repeat as they don’t get addressed at all,  I’m sure Mike is very busy indeed but I’m also sure he’s not the only person from his team that can provide something in the way of information when people are asking :)

I agree with you laura..we don't need or expect constant updates but communication of some sort would be welcomed.. :)

I just can’t help but feel questions get put on the back burner…. And I think that’s when the frustration starts to set in as people are repeat asking …. Even if the answer was “we don’t know at this current time” there are no plans … we aren’t sure …… no decision has been made …. It would at least be an acknowledgment, I don’t know I just feel a lot of people feel left in the dark when it comes to things like this …. A lot of people put a lot of time energy (and money for some) into the game it would be nice to see straight forward genuine questions be looked at x

People are expecting the shamrock based on the fact it has been released on the 5th March for at least the last 2 years … it’s not guess work or assumption … it’s literally the date it has been released in previous years …. So I feel if it wasn’t going to be why not communicate that … instead people are wondering what’s going on why isn’t it here ? We aren’t guessing it would be today, we are looking at the facts of when it has been released before if it’s changed it’s no big deal just communicate that it’s not happening …… it would save all the asking… again same with the vases ….. it’s being repeatedly asked about,  I know Mike is busy and I know there’s work going on behind the scenes but is that compromising the game as it is now ? If it is that’s cool but again some communication that this is the case would clear it up ( again just my personal feelings) x

My friend put a post up yesterday as feeling frustrated. Has waited nearly 3 days for a winged unicorn trim. ( Fortunately has it now) Mice and ducks showing up the whole time. ( her question was added to a post someone else posted) it wasn't offensive, her question or the original post. It was removed. But my friend flummoxed as to why ? No explanation whatsoever from anyone. So there is a team there interacting with the forums- surely?

There is , this post was moved to this section , I understand that moderators may not have the answers and they simply do moderate and ensure things are under control but I’d like to think if there’s a pattern of repeat questions these could be flagged up to whoever they need to be flagged up to ….. I do understand there’s other things going on but I do feel like that’s reflecting and impacting the game play right now ….. everything feels forgotten about and I dont say that to be mean it’s just how it feels …… if the current game play is being affected and will continue to be because people are too busy elsewhere again all it takes is some communication.  I feel like people sometimes get frustrated because specific questions are not being addressed and it’s things no one else can answer …… then people get told their opinions on it are guesswork etc…. But what else can anyone go by ? I just would really love to see the communication improve x

I agree wholeheartedly, Laura. Just SOME communication from the moderators would be great. We're not expecting Mike to be doing it with what must be a mammoth task, doing the website, but there are moderators and they would be communicating with him surely and if they don't know an answer, at least say that, please. That's all we're asking. Thank you :)
