Hi 🥰

Ive played this game on and off for a long time now and have met some wonderful people along the way.

I was just wondering if there is any reason why certain questions within the forum recently seem to have been deleted for no reason and without explanation. Don't get me wrong, I can understand the deletion of offensive posts, but the one in question (not my own i should add) was a genuine concern/question about Alice.

I was really disappointed to see that this question had been removed ......that really does not sit right with me at all.

It may be that we missed clues or messed up but it appears to have happened to a few people and I feel it is common curtousy to let us ask the question without it being deleted as if it is a known problem that they wish to ignore 😬

On a more positive note....hope you are all having a wonderful weekend 🥰

Sometimes the thread is moved to the correct section of the Forums so it's not cluttering up the 'wrong' section.
Also, for some reason, if the OP gets their answer, they might delete the question, so the then the thread feels out of place without a proper topic, so the mods might delete the whole thread.

I think the fact that people were addressing a potential glitch it absolutely shouldn’t have been removed and should have been cleared up with some kind of official response …. I saw the thread and do remember this happening back when I did it (not to me ) it happened to a few players and they were simply told they jus have read clues wrong or got muddled up …… I genuinely didn’t believe it to be the case … this was happening way into the challenge where people fully knew how to read and follow clues to the letter even writing them down……. It’s almost as though there’s no answer to give so let’s remove which shouldn’t be happening of course if posts are rude , nasty, or become so throughout the thread by all means remove but the thread you are referring to was a very polite and genuine concern x

Thank you for your reply Shannon 🥰
Unfortunately in this case...the post was not removed by the OP (I know as she is a friend of mine) and interestingly my post has only appeared in here after I complained to the support team that it had been removed within seconds of originally sending it  😬

I have to agree with you Laura.....im sure we are all happy to hold our hands up and say when we make a mistake....but to completely delete a genuine post/question is very wrong in my opinion, especially when there is a number of people raising the same concern xxx

I had concerns of my own about a couple of my posts being removed not long ago and I wrote to Support and they supplied me with an answer.

I will just add that i have found that if my questions have been answered then they move them and i can find them at the top of the forums in search..."show my recent topics" or like i just did, i go to the top of this section that we're in now and i click on "create new topic" and there is a whole new world there that i didn't know about until someone told me haha...may seem silly but if you don't know then you don't know, you either find out by accident or just searching around or someone tells you. Pages of past topics are there and the same with "help with the game" and i have often found my posts and/or threads that i have contributed to. :)

PS...If it's the thread about Alice and "the wrong card" then that is still there....:)
