Freedom Fairies United (FFU) website has great guides for all things FL. They have one that gives you all the plants in all sections with what they attract fully grown and RFH and also what they deter fully grown and RFH and also the times they tale to grow from seed and up to RFH and if you dust them up, you can halve the times. :) I follow their guides religiously :)
