I'm trying to attract a mother and baby tortoise to finish a quest. Trying to add my garden to the wildlife page and it says I am not set up for mother and baby tortoises. Not sure why? Is it because I have attracted 5 babies and then 5 mother and babies, do I need to attract another 5 babies? I'm confused. Thank you

You are not due any tortoise families because you gave already attracted 5 babies and 5 families.
Now you have to attract more babies to get more families. It goes one by one which means for each baby you attract, one family will return.
