I have annoyingly harvested a candy plant instead of moving to greenhouse, clicked too quickly!  Has anyone ever had any joy if asking for a plant to be "restored / put back"?  I've e-mailed on the Help page, is that the right place to ask?

If you messaged Support through their contact us link then they will surely respond but not sure if you will have success. Put out an empty pot in case they can plant a seed.

If you can...take a picture of your watering log where it says that you harvested a violet candy.

Yes i have! I can't remember what it was but i think it was doing "Dinos" ...a few years ago now and i was devastated as i had waited ages for it to be RFH and i obviously clicked the wrong thing and bang, it was gone :( I msgd support saying that it wasn't "just" a plant, i really needed it for dinos. and i wouldn't mean to remove it and they were so nice and put a new one in my garden...yay! I was so grateful. They did say that i need to be more careful in the future and i couldn't say thank you enough :) I hope you get the same response and it can take awhile for a reply some times as t depends when they receive it and how busy they are and time difference too, depending on where you live :)
Mike can "see all" in our gardens and what we've done with what plant etc. so no need for proof as such :)

I contacted support when I accidentally harvested a plant I needed for tops and they restored it for me. I didn't even need to send a picture I just told them what happened

PS...They didn't just give me a seed...they gave the plant back, RFH....:)

Thank you all, I messaged last night so hoping they are able to restore, was so annoyed with myself as kept telling myself to put it in the greenhouse once the new plant was RFH, but was on auto pilot and just harvested instead!!  Fingers crossed, otherwise will be hunting round candies until I get another violet one!!  x

Well that's a shame, had a reply saying no they can't reinstate my plant, basically says I need to be more careful as there is a "warning" that comes up before harvesting.  They clearly can do it, I'm obviously not in the good books!!
