I thought that if I completed the monthly quest successfully that I would get one of the regular pots? I completed November easy quest and December's easy quest but have not received any pot. Isn't it supposed to show up in my storage? What am I not understanding???

Did you enter before the required deadline of 23:59 GMT time?
And did you check if maybe you won a LIMITED EDITION,  if so, you don't receive the Unlimited regular pottery as well.

Thats 23:59 GMT time on the 3rd December for November lottery.  For December's lottery,  the draw is one minute later at midnight GMT on the 3rd of January.

Georgie - according to your back wall (bottom right), you didn't complete any of the Nov 2025 PotLot. Maybe if you finished it after the deadline (23:59pm on the 3rd), then you won't get the pot. Luckily, you did complete the Dec 2025 easy PotLot, so you'll get something (either a special pot or the regular one), but that won't be delivered to your Storage until midnight on Jan 4th.

You completed the Easy October pottery lottery.  If you completed that before midnight on the 3rd November, you will have the pot in your storage area. 

You have completed the Easy December 2025 pottery lottery in time, but the draw for that one hasn’t taken place yet.  The draw takes place 1 second after midnight (GMT time) on the 3rd January 2026, and you’ll get your pit after that.
