I know I saw instructions on these but now I can't find them, I am doing my first one. I have the vase and already spotted and attracted the base critter (fox). Now do I just have to try either spotting or attracting all of the Level 1 wildlife or is there a better way to find the other 4? Also does it make a difference whether I spot or attract the correct one first?

Yes, you have to either spot or attract level 1 - 10 wildlife, to find out which you need. It doesn't matter whether you spot or attract first, once you have the first animal spotted and attracted.
