When you open the calendar´s door and you freeze your garden nearly immediately, is it so that the 12 hours  to spot shown critter start to run then, or do you lose some?

I am not sure if I am understanding...but if you open your advent door and then immediately freeze...just the time between opening the door and freezing would have counted down from the twelve hours to spot the critter behind the door. If you put it into storage and do not freeze your garden, apparently the calendar continues to count down. That is just the word on the street, have not tested it myself. But remember, that if you are unsuccessful in finding the eight critters that you need for the eight colours of a light, then after the door closes and you open it again, you can go back a day and try to complete.

If you check my garden, you notice I opened the door (1/2 h ago), tried to spot unsuccesfully and froze. My question was only, when I unfreeze tomorrow will I still have 11h30 to spot the one needed?
( I have no greenhouse and I have no intention getting the 8 colours.)

Whenever you freeze...time will stand still on your door.
