When have some backgrounds saved, am I correct that if I remove one, the only way to get it back would be regrowing the plant(s) that created it. Also, when have several saved, is there any way to pick and choose which ones to display? Thanks for any help.

Yes  that's correct.  But no, you can't choose which of your frozen effects show - you can't switch between them.

Thanks Tracey. I accidentally removed 1 a couple of weeks ago without realizing the details. Couldn't find this information anywhere else. Thanks for taking the time to inform me.

Many effects are linked to others….i thought I could remove pink sky but keep flying pig, but it would not allow. Also effects that produce night sky are linked to dark background, etc. Back when we had to spend a stardust weekly to keep all effects, I ran out and lost all of my effects….yes, I had to regrow all of the plants to replace the effects I had lost.  I tried to get multiples to “fruit” simultaneously so I only needed to spend one stardust to save all effects present at that time. I took a minute to get them back!

I would like the flying pigs without the Pink sky, and iv suggested /asked for this. Surely it can't be too hard to do.

I lost all my backgrounds, and no I didn't delete them.  I'm really sad, because I tried to freeze a halloween background and just lost my dust because it didn't stay.

You could try contacting Support, they may be able to restore the backgrounds for you.

RE;  New Year's fireworks background. Is there more than one pattern of fireworks bursts? Mine is pretty skimpy and have seen some in other gardens that have 3-4 bursts going on at same time in middle part of garden. Am disappointed in mine and thinking of removing it for now. Is there a difference in the New Year's plants that causes different patterns? Did notice some looked different than mine when fully grown. If so, what should I look for next year? Have been away from FL for many years and just started playing again in August, 2025, so not up on things that may have changed. Thanks for any guidance someone can provide.

The more plants you have, or had when you froze the effect, the more fireworks you get.  The type of flower doesn't matter, just the number you have :)
