The bat comes with your newly completed scarecrow. It only lasts 24 hours though.

Well, the face is glowing too, so you must have stardusted it, which brings the effects back.

You'd have sprinkled the scarecrow though, not the background - so it's showing as "growing in your garden, but are not yet frozen". It's the Hallowe'en Bat and the Fallen Leaves (although the fallen leaves come any time you use the scarecrow).

Stardust is the only way to get the effects back on an old scarecrow :)

Thank you, Tracey. I must have sprinkled in my sleep and didn't use stardust----I had 2 and still have 2. I'm going to see if any of my other scarecrows will do anything except bring leaves. I'm not complaining, just curious.
