I have two tables of Triple Regular Bird Mix out, witches are flying around my a garden and two 'Ready For Harvest' Halloween Plants, and it has been over 15 minutes since I advertised, but I keep getting "Ooops, Your Garden does not appear to be set up to attract the Ghostly Field Mouse" message. What else do I need to do?

Too slow -- as Antoinette says, you have to store your Witch Scarecrow (which is what brings the zombie critters). You won't get zombies and ghosties at the same time.
