I'm having trouble with the timing of the Fairytale Mushrooms!!!  Can my setup get me two Big Billy Goats?

Yes you have two buttercups so you can get two buttercups, the only thing is that because you don’t have the deterrents and only one plate of grass it’s possible for you to run out of grass before both show up so you may need more grass in order for both to show up which I believe you have one planted if I’m seeing that correctly. Even if your buttercup goes rfh it can still be harvested by the big billy goat.

I didn't know the Big Buttercup could still be used if rfh...Yay!!  You're right, I don't have any of the deterrents, I didn't think I would need them. I later planted a night shade plant to deter the Med. Billy but it went rfh and I had to plant another one. Its  been one error after the other, lol!!  Thank you for answering my post, Cara!

Oh okay yes these silly goats can be a big pain and you don’t need the deterrents but it can sometimes be unpredictable without them. The best one if you do it in the future again to deter is the small billy because that one is more common so it will attract that one the most often. You’re welcome I hope all goes well the rest of the way and yes the good news is that even if it goes rfh the big billy can still harvest it so all is not lost.
