Help help help frog spawn

I was advised that in order to get the frog spawn into my garden had to:
1 have the garden above water
2. Catch a tadpole, froglet and an adult frog while the garden was still above water

3.inches caught all 3 in other gardens but I never received any frog spawn.
Please check my garden and see what I am doing wrong!!!

Every 5th land frog spotted in your garden will lay frogspawn.
According to your numbers you have attracted 72 land frogs so far which means you have to attract 3 more land frogs.
If you are due land frogs depends on how many sets you have spotted in other gardens, so you should have spotted at least 75 tadpoles, froglets and underwater frogs in other gardens.

I was not looking for land frogs i as looking at the water frogs…so in order to collect the frog slswn should my garden not be under water ???

I looked at your other numbers. Unfortunately you are not due any underwater frogs.
That's why the only way to get frogspawn is to attract land frogs. But as I wrote it depends what you have spotted in other gardens.

Two more land frogs to your garden will lay spawn on an empty low platter. But...if you have not spotted at least seventy-five underwater frogs, tadpoles and froglets in other gardens...you will not get any more land frogs.
Once you have, and your fifth land frog comes to your high berries...then you can go back underwater and proceed.

Irene, you just have to wait and attract one more land frog now and then you will get frogspawn.
After you have got the frogspawn, you can plant an underwater toadstool to get underwater.

Yes, land frogs can only come if you are on land...not underwater ;)
