I followed the tutorial of planting the correct rosa into the correct pot for my Fairyland ID. They are fully grown right now but I did plant them correctly, are they supposed to be this white grey color right now?

You have planted the wrong level of Praecocia seeds in your Pots, that's why your Rosa Preacocias flowers are grey.
These are your pots incase you don't have a note of them.
