You need a Flowering 'Forest Emerald', a Flowering 'Forest Amber' and a Flowering 'Forest Ruby'.
If your jewels are RFH you can harvest them because they don't attract anything.

The wildlife guide under the rainforest tab will also tell you what plants you need for attracting  iguana... you can also put in an herb if you want more iguanas to come than macaw that will come to the forest ruby... herb will deter macaw if you want that...

Just make sure that the herb that you plant to deter the macaw doesn't also deter the iguana.

Nestflower and nightrose herb also deter iguana so don't use those...
