Why can I not get into my gift box, that has my gifts from friends. It always comes up with Oops theres a problem.  3 days or more now ???

I had the problem of  oops we can't send them/not being able to send gifts from tablet... I had to switch to sending them from same browser but on laptop for it to work  so maybe use different device? I didn't clear cache though I'm content sending from different device when I actually send... good luck

It may be that your privacy settings are different for the different browsers.  If one of them has a pop-up blocker, or is set up so that it doesn't allow interaction with social media sites, it might stop you from seeing gifts from friends.

I understand what you're saying Tracey... funny thing is I "used" to be able to send gifts from tablet then suddenly it changed... I can see the gifts from friends I just can't send from tablet... hopefully Steve and Freddie figure it out...

Susan, I cannot from my tablet but can from my laptop. No idea why because I used to be able to.
