You can dust an old one to bring back effects .

Thanks Jayne, but I tried all 5 of my completed snowmen and when going to dust them, the effect was only snow.

I'm not sure if it says snow but the icicles come , i have an old snowman in mine and the icicles came when i dusted,  i didn't expect them i only wanted thr snow to bring thr festives.
