Wondering, is it faster to change food or wait for a second feed? I'm going to find out 😉

Sometimes it's faster to wait, sometimes it's  not.  Regular food can go up to 6 hours between visits, but it can be much shorter, and you can't really predict what the gap is going to be.

Oh so maybe better to switch out.

It is hard to judge...well, for me it is. If I have a platter that is two hours or more on regular food further down the platter...sometimes I leave it because if it takes two hours or more on a first feed, then two more hours on the two hour plus plate plus at least the two hours for fresh, it would make that platter four plus hours and could possibly spill out a critter. If it is a fresh platter that just spilled, I will dump that fresh one and leave the older one just to see what spills first.
