Once the Halloween seed is ready for harvest do you still have a chance to get some gold. I'm sure we use to get 50 gold.

Oops, I meant trick or treat seed. I harvested a couple, no luck yet. I thought it was 50, but 10 is still good. I'll keep planting and see If I  get a lucky one. Thanks Tracey x

It used to be 50 but Mike changed it because he felt it was encouraging people to fill their gardens with the plants to farm the gold, which meant that they weren't setting up for wildlife so it was upsetting the balance of the game :)

Oh I see. I like a mixture of plants so I do a quest and  grow something else to help me that gives some gold. I usually run out of sprinkles. I'm trying the Think Pink quest x

Can anyone help please? The first Trick or Treat plant said it should be Spooky Eyes but it didn't show up. For the second one there was a Ghost flying when the plant was ready for harvest but it disappeared when I harvested it. When I visit other gardens I have seen the ghosts, eyes or cobwebs even though they have harvested the plant so I am confused. How do I get them to stay?? Thanks very much for any help. x

You need to keep the plant in your garden if you want to keep the background, or use stardust to save your background before you harvest the plant.  If you harvest the plant without saving the background, you lose the background.
