Just curious about the suit of Clubs

So mine are showing up green.

Is it my computer?

If it isn't, are playing cards in Britain red and green? I have only ever seen red and black.

Of course, I didn't even notice until now that the diamonds are not red, but blue.

They're black and red in Britain.

But my guess would be that we are going to get four different colours for the four different suits. And as it seems that the colour of the card is also the predominant colour of one of the main three characters for each set (at least so far) then they perhaps need to be bright(ish) colours.

Fairyland always does things a little differently :)

Thanks Tracey. I realize Fairyland does things differently -- the green just looks really strange for some reason and I haven't seen any of the characters yet.

I am always interested in cultural differences and I thought maybe the playing cards might have been one.

Diamonds are blue because FL diamonds are blue

Clubs are green, to look like the shamrocks in FL

Having all suits a different colour instead of the traditional 2 red and 2 black is helpful for distinguishing them with a quick glance at a garden (will be especially useful when all 4 suits are available)

I love that the colours are associated with Fairyland itself. It will be interesting to see what colour the next two suits are, and how they also relate to FL :)
